Tisha Is Doing So Much Better!

Tisha scared us for a while when her body became depleted following issues with her pancreatic enzymes and mal-absorption of her food. Chronic diarrhea, weight loss and lack of appetite. We hand fed her with a food syringe for the best part of 3 months until we figured out the best course of action as well as giving medication as prescribed. Thanks to a miraculous holistic regime, as you can see from the photo, she is doing just fine! Her weight is up, her coat is good and she has a sparkle in her eyes.

Nellie Is Always Licking Daisy's Ears....

The poor thing, Daisy's ears are red raw from constantly being cleaned by her sister, Nellie. She could pull away if she wishes but she never does. Nellie has worn away all the protective ear fur from inside of Daisy's ears.

Freighting Article on Yoga-lates

Okay, so.. I'm trying to take some good side shots for an upcoming article on freighting dogs which I'm honored to be participating in and Zsa Zsa decides to commence her early morning Pilates.... nicely performed, a three legged torso and hamstring stretch. Great balance and perfect alignment :0) More on the article as and when we know for sure that it's a go!

Almost two years old and absolutely stunning. She did really well to stay in a stand-stay for us so that we could get a good side shot of beautiful body.

I was on a beautiful hike and there, sitting in a very green looking puddle, was a loan frog looking up at me and my camera. He never batted an eyelid or moved. So, I stayed with him and took some fun photos of this little angel without a fur coat.

Celebrating Wisdom

Moose recently celebrated 12 years of adventure as a sled dog and beloved furry companion. I will soon be celebrating my 49 years of adventure! He is very loved, still active though not in harness any longer. A beautiful boy.

Diva Mamma

As she approaches her 12th birthday, well.... not for a few more months, she continues to be a beautiful and amazing dog. Full of play and is so nurturing to her 'now' 7 year old babies. Adopted at the age of 4, she went from wheel dog to being my main leader for many years.

Where Are Those Mice!

Running along the roofline is the patter of tiny, baby mice. Each year for some odd reason, mice seem to make their nest in the dogyard on the activity play center. They survive! They run around, along the wooden beams. Nobody harms them. Rose is having a good sniff!
