Re-Painting All The Dog Houses

A huge project, just had to knuckle down and get the job done! All dog platforms - painted - all dog houses -painted. Done! Phew, before the hot weather arrived. Just a heavy-dute task. Glad to have it out of the way, well almost... I have a good friend coming round to paint flowers on the boxes. Cute huh?

Goodness, LOVED this video of Judy, Hugh and the dogs. Of course, I have fond memories of Aviemore but clutching a pair of skis and sadly, not a dog team.. I wish!! Back then there were no dog teams at Aviemore. Great Job! Fab.

Tumac Gets It Almost Right....

video

Tumac is fun! He is so loving and devoted that I can't resist him. When he gets his obedience or tricks right, he's so darn cute and when he throws in a little extra mommy lovin'.... well, he sometimes knocks me over okay, I admit, I love it... all of it. Love training pups and allowing them to bloom at their own pace, enjoying every step of the process as we grow closer and closer.

The Hedlund Preservation Project

The Hedlund Gray Husky Preservation Program is moving forward with a plan to have more information, photos and relevant data on it's website. So I needed to take some photos of both Hana and Tumac so that anybody who might be interested to know more or potential want to have a Hedlund Gray Husky in their life, can be better informed about this special animal and what indeed makes them so worth preserving.
